From job coaching and work-based learning to life skills training and self-advocacy development, our programs are designed to empower students to achieve independence, confidence, and long-term success. Our Services

Post Secondary Career Development
Job Exploration Counseling, Work-Based Learning Experiences, Workplace Readiness Training, Instruction in Self-Advocacy, and Postsecondary Counseling.
With a focus on rural communities in Georgia, we deliver personalized, hands-on support through experienced staff who understand the unique needs of each individual.

Family Support
Parent Training Modules:
We create in person and easy-to-access online or recorded sessions covering advocacy, IEP navigation, and transition planning.
Family Peer Networks:
We establish support groups for families to share experiences and resources.
Resource Hubs:
We provide centralized information about state and federal programs, including benefits and legal rights.
